SIA DRESS PDF PATTERN RELEASE DATE | MONDAY 6TH APRIL It’s a difficult time to be releasing a new product into the world and I did consider holding off and waiting for the world to return to a some what normal state. However, with so much uncertainty around me, working on this pattern has given me a space to feel grounded. It has been a big slice of joy over the past few weeks working with my amazing group of testers so I’m pressing forward. I hope sewing this pattern brings others joy during this time. The pattern will be AU$12 (somewhere around US$7.50 with the current exchange rate). The pattern has 4 views and comes with additional pattern pieces and an instruction book to line if your fabric is on the sheer side. It has been created with a whole lot of love, passion and laughter. Wearing my happy pants today. They are not home made but a purchase from Faithfull a few seasons ago. But, they would be an easy #patternhack of any elasticated pant or short pattern you have. I am wearing them with a #selfdrafted cami I made sometime in late 2018 I think 🤔. Disclosure: photo was taken on Sunday when my hair was freshly washed. Today my hair is wet and salty after a morning dip in the ocean ✌🏼

I’ve really slowed down my sewing so far this year. On the weekend I pulled out a few of my favourite older makes to breathe new life into them. I’ve just come back from spending 4hrs at the beach. Vitamin D levels have been replenished. I’ve had my fix of fresh air, salty water and surf once again feeling alive and revived. Our local beach is an expansive space thankfully 😅. The #siadress pattern test is in full swing and I’m going to join the group making one more version before it’s release.
